Lady Firecracker is a Writer and has published several books. She has over 20 years of experience and expertise in the arena of Health and Fitness. She is a Wellness Coach, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, previously a Ballroom Instructor, and was certified as a Personal Trainer.

Lady Firecracker enjoys eating chocolate, having stimulating conversations, walking barefoot on the beach & grass, reading historical fiction, loves to laugh, and is passionate about her Faith!
